## Design character

EU–INC reads like a political/civic campaign site more than a startup landing page. A bright white field carries bold, slightly condensed display type, short manifesto lines, and EU-associated blue accents. The composition is poster-like: big claim, supporting strip, clear next step.

What should survive adaptation:
- White civic canvas with confident black type
- Blue as the only strong accent (EU signal)
- Poster hierarchy — few words, large size
- Generous section padding (30–100px vertical bands)

## Foundations

### Color

Structured roles unsupported. Visually:
- White background
- Near-black primary type
- EU blue for links, key UI, and accent marks
- Light gray rules or panels for separation

### Typography

Families not declared. Observed:
- Body ~16/24 at 400
- Emphasized mid-heads ~22px weight 600
- Small labels ~12px
- Display on the hero is visually much larger and tighter — campaign headline energy

### Spacing and layout

- Padding bands: 30 top / 58 bottom with 20px sides on content shells
- Larger sections push toward 100px bottom padding
- 40px left padding on some inset blocks
- Centered manifesto column rather than app-like grids

## Visual language

Flat, high-contrast, low decoration. Borders are thin when present; radii are minimal. Imagery, if any, is symbolic rather than product screenshots.

## Components and states

- Simple top identity + language/nav
- Hero manifesto block
- Secondary explanation sections
- Clear text or filled blue CTA

Static only.

## Practical guidance

**Preserve** civic white + blue accent + bold short claims.
**Avoid** startup purple gradients, glassmorphism, and playful illustration systems.
**Adaptation** fits policy, nonprofit, and pan-European product coalitions.

## Scope note

Two home captures only. Inner pages and mobile breakpoints not studied. Colors/fonts from visual reading plus spacing measurements.
