Here are modal / command-menu search references from your Fudge pins.

Best pattern fit: **Cosmos**, **CodePen**, **Cursor**, **Selected Site**, and **Mesa**. Useful supporting references: **Type.lol** for searchable indexes and **Antigravity** for dense product UI restraint.

I filtered out false positives from the company “Modal” after the first pass. For the actual design pattern, search input focus, grouped suggestions, recent items, keyboard selection, hover state, and empty state matter more than a generic centered dialog shell.
